It does indeed sound a lot like the one from Ebay (a.k.a Limo Fug).

IF it is then it is worth noting that it is not a standard Fugitive 4 chassis - it has been lengthened considerably.

Do you have photos?

I'm starting to lose count how many times this limo fug has been up for sale......your obviouly taking us for a bunch of idiots

irsbuggy - November 28, 2009 09:24 AM (GMT)
i dont understand what you are getting at. i bought the fug on a bit of a whim to be honest.i 've wanted to build a alfa engined manx style beach buggy for yonks and was going to use the engine and adaptorplate from this (and replace it with an aircooled one and then resell it)
as i already have a 356 replica,a 1995 mexican beetle, the bits to build a manx style buggy and a diesel peugeot everyday car ,my missus (who doesnt understand ) has hit the roof.so there you have it ..the reason/reasons im selling the fug 4.
if i realised advertising it on here was like a secret society like the masons,i wouldnt have bothered....

PS. THE PRICE IS NOW £2,500 o.n.o.

Of there is no problem with listing the Fug on here, I think Knighty was a little frustrated because this particular car has been around the houses twice now :o

Which is a great pity, because like you I can see the potential, I wish you well B)

Knighty - November 29, 2009 10:01 AM (GMT)
its not a secret society, far from it.......can understand the missus hitting the roof.
