Not seen it anywhere before, but it looks a nice one. The seats work really well, it's not often anyting other than the originals even look passable, but they look really well, good mountings for belts too. My opinion is, you've done well. Makes you wonder how many of these things are still out there we don't know about.

Well so far I have replaced the disks, callipers, front shocks, still have a bouncing front wheel, and the ball joints need doing. So the front is stripped down again. Some of the torsion strips have been taken out 3 small strips from top and bottom tubes. The back wants lifting so the tyres stop digging in the side. The only thing I do not like are the rear mudguards.

Found the main reason for the bouncing was over 2 litres of liquid puncture repair sloshing around inside the front tyre, It must have been in for years

I guess when you consider the size of balancing weights, 2kg's of fluid would be pretty significant. I'm guessing you didn't find it because of getting a puncture

I Had a good day Saturday before last. The rear bushes replaced, splines set, dampers all round, all wheels balanced, freed off steering column through bulkhead, got the old grease gun working, greased up front beam bearings, goes up and down lovely, cleaned out both drums and adjusted correctly they were only done one side, lubed handbrake cables, put some netting across behind the seats so the cats cannot get in when its covered. Jobs to do,check ignition, tappets, gearbox oil, mot, set all toe ins and cambers. Then I am off :) Mot tomorrow
