Had a couple of P/X offers, however not on stuff I'd ever want, but no cash mentioned, strange I'd have assumed this would have sold by now, it's over a week. When I was looking to buy one, I'd have happily paid that for one finished how mine is now. Thought as we're about to go into recession a cheap, real fun thing like this would have been the answer, enjoyment without too much financial commitment.

I think the problem is this would be a luxury to most people and so is off the menu.

If you really really don't want to use it anymore I would mothball it for a couple of years and when things get better out there you will double your money..................

You are of course right Tigger, it's just that I don't like being cluttered up with more stuff than I need or want. I've got rid of two of my other "normal" cars already, as I was doing over a grand a year just on road tax, but seldom drive, I mountain bike almost everywhere. On occassion I will go a couple of weeks without driving any car at all. I've always been one of those people that needs something fast that handles, something that's big enough to move house with, something 4x4, something I can leave anywhere and not care if it gets damaged the list goes on. I had six cars on the road recently, it really is total madness....

we petrolheads are all the same, we want a car that does everything, but as one doesn't exist we have 6 instead :P

Just relisted the Fug, all I'm getting offered is Jap drift cars, (although not especially good ones), a Caterham with a rover engine (V8 I'd have done it, but not a 1.6) and Crossflow stuff, which is no use to me. No cash though.

Fugitive has now gone  Don't know if I'm pleased it's been sold or not though. Still it's gone to someone who will understand it and get some use out of it, so I guesss it's for the best. I'm looking to get a Duratec Westfield or R300 now, but I'm going to give it some thought, or it'll be something else I never get any use out of :(
