I'm looking for a screen for a Fug 2.
I've seen that there are several options to go for. I've seen Knighty's polycarbonate one - I can't remember if you've got a wiper on it and if so, did you mount it through the screen ?
There are several pictures of glass laminate ones in the gallery. This is really a trawl to see if someone has one lying around or any ideas.
A fella the other day came up with a good plan - he recommended speaking to Plant (JCB stuff) windscreen people. Apparently, they will turn up on site and cut the glass to fit the hole. I assume that you'd have to address the issue of a frame for the glass to be mounted it. I'll post details if I end up exploring that route.

Gday Steve
various methods to acheive this all require effort and the ability to fabricate so you probably need to find a friend with a welder.
I beleive Bob mention getting one or what about Knightly?
Re glass depends on shape.
Measure it up leaving a good few inches for frame.
The problem is finding a flat pane most screens have a curvature.
Some sort of hock on the windscreen surround top to hock over the top bar and a locating slot at the bottom to slide it into.
Wiper box etc well where ever it fits and doesn't get in the way.
Obviously you move the perpex short screen to between the frame upright so you have it when the main screen is off.
And lastly don't build the frame from steel aluminium is far lighter meaning it will be easy on man job to remove or put in.
Keep your buggy light and enjoy maximium thrust at all times :D
