This is by far the best described way to post your pictures......worked for me!....read below

"first you need to sign up with a photo website I use photobucket.com, you
have to create a photo album it tells you what to do.

to upload pictures to your new album you will need to click on the browse
button under where it says add pictures, that will bring up a window where
you can view the files on you pc (the window may be slightly different to
mine cause I have an imac) you then just select the picture you want to
upload and the picture should appear on your online album.

once you have a picture in your album you will notice that there is a Url,
Tag and Img code underneath it. It is the Img code that you need to post
pictures this code is automatically made by photobucket.

All you need to do now is copy and paste the Img code into a posting on the
forum, then try previewing the message the picture should appear!"
