Does anyone know where I can get a longer battery cable so I can relocate the battery further forward.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Merlin - I've got a lot of stuff from them in the past. And they're quick with the bespoke stuff like that too.
I've got another contact for cable / wiring supplies. You can purchase by the metre and they are really cheap, used them to wire mine and we started with nothing. However the catalogue is down the workshop. I'll bring it up and post an address for you tomorrow evening B)
