Hi,
There's a picture of my Fug in the gallery,the fuel tank is not uva but it's there and it's fine. If you think it's ok i'm happy to send you the measurements. I didn't make it,it was already in there when i bought it,can't make you one either as we've no filler necks. Fuel tanks are easy to make and places charge a fortune as they know people will pay it. Personal opinion on welders would be "Clarke" they can be bought cheaply from most plant shops etc. and will do pretty much anything you'd need to on you Fug,steel work anyway.Don't need to spend a fortune on a welder just to do easy tube stuff. I'm also in Essex,where roughly are you?

Hi,
That's a good point,just checked the two postings i've put in the gallery and neither have a picture of my fuel tank :unsure:

here you go cal - the measurements are as follows:
measurements from a fug 4 maybe the same for a 2 but don't know
Width = 7" (sits on top of the chassis tubes)
length = 22.5"
Height at rear = 15"
Height at front = 11.5"
Distance of filler cap from rear edge = 3" (to centre)
Distance of level gauge from rear edge = 11" (to centre)
The outlet is on the underside, its 5" from the front edge
the return line is at the top, on the side - near the filler cap (see pic)
There appears to be one cantral baffle, its mounted in the same plane as the front and rear panels, it appears to run the height of the tank, but with a few holed to let sensible amounts of fuel through - to prevent major sloshing!
repost from sale area info from Knighty

I must also point out my tank is in my Fug-4......not a fug-2......they might be different, your probably better off designing your own
