There should probably be a caveat with the HP claims. In my dealings with US tuners ie. EIP Tuning, Turn2USA, New Dimensions etc. they generally talk about BHP figures at the crank rather than at the wheels as we do here so often appear to have some pretty optimistic power claims.

Still something akin to a Type 4 motor with <> 200bhp out the box isn't to be sniffed at! B)

You wanna have a read of this for impressive type IV power and this is normally aspirated not turbo'd or anything! B)
