Anyone know what this kind of wheel is called?

I have 3 and would like to get either 2 similar but a bit bigger or smaller or one more the same.
I think Bigger at the back than front looks better, but I'll see what I can get...

I'd call em slot-mags but there are many different makes and types.....what about these?.......shame they aint matching, as the big rears are quite cool
