well im hoping to get as much done as soon as poss. Waiting to modify tank with some baffles, need a pedal assembeley, getting an empi set. After its all built and running i will strip it down for spraying. I would love to get it done this year, but just bought a house to do up as well so time is of the essence.

WELL AFTER FINALLY RENOVATING NEW HOUSE AND MOVING IN I HAVE MANAGED TO GET A LITTLE MORE DONE TO THE FUG. HOPEFULLY I MAY BE ABLE TO GIVE IT A SHORT TEST DRIVE SOME TIME IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS. STILL A LONG WAY OFF BEING COMPLETE READY TO STRIP DOWN FOR PAINT AND POWDER COAT BUT EVERY STEP FORWARDS IS A STEP FURTHER TO THE DAY WHEN IT IS DONE. WILL POST SOME MORE PICS OF THE PROGRESS WHEN I HAVE FOUND MY CAMERA.

Well it looked good and sounded great as it was. Is it not worth running it this summer even if it's only in primer and stripping it over the winter  . Mines finished barring wiring spotlights and a new throttle cable, but I've still been driving it about today. I'm going to bolt the camera to the front soon, Youtube needs some more Fugs :D .

Actually, I think you both need to make it your mission to be at Stoneliegh this year ;) ;)

I'm 160miles from there, I'd really love to go but I honestly couldn't drive that. :(

still waiting to get brake lines and a clutch line sorted once i have that i will be able to take it up the airfield and give it a drive. If that all goes well its just a matter of striping it down and getting everything sand blasted and painted etc. Still need to get some better suspension for it. Think i need to get wider travel ball joints for the front and some drop spindles. I also need to drop the rear end like 100bob and have read different accounts on how to do it. I would love to get it done for stoneleigh but i really dont think i have the time or the money at the mo. Maybe i will go to the show in my landy instead after all its almost a kit car.
