I mounted the new gearbox back in today and it seems to sit a little lower at the front.
The only issue this causes is with the pipe containing the clutch cable. It was close fit before, but now the gear shift rod is too tight up against this for my liking.
I seem to remember that the green car that went to Dom had replaced the clutch cable pipe with thinner copper pipe. That would give me more space and enable easier routing I guess.
Any comments on this way of doing it? Anyone got any other ideas? How's yours done?
Cheers
Paul.

Here's mine - bit of a bodge....
The first bit of outer is flexi, then the rest is steel I think as it has had blobs of weld on before.
