Some more pictures. Floor has gone in since these were taken, and the whole thing is pulling together now. Few more weeks and hopefully it'll be finished! :)

Rutgar,
It's Porsche Aero Green,it's quite an old colour though. It's moved on a fair bit since they were taken as well, few weeks left I reckon.

I'm down in sunny Clacton-on-Sea :D Where there's always sunshine and you can drive a Fug all year without getting cold ;) Well that's not intirely true. I'll get some more pics on soon. The floor is in,so is the engine and gearbox, brakes and fuel lines are mostly in,front axle should go on tomorrow. I'll be honest though,I've had a lot of help lately. Couple of mates have helped me more than I'd have ever dared ask.
Other bonus is the misses isn't moaning so much now she can see it actually turning into something ;) ,had to promise her she can use it as well though. Probably not my greatest decision when you look at the tyres on my other cars.

well im in sometimes sunny bury st edmunds. Maybe when you are finished we could meet up. Are you building purely for road use or are you going to off road it.

It's took me a fair while to get it all sorted out, thus making me a little reluctant to thrash it to death across the fields. This said if it all feels strong and all the parts are working nicely I'm sure I'll find some mud and hills to try it out on. I've done a bit of 4x4 offroading and the damage can outweigh the enjoyment sometimes. I wouldn't actually race it though, even if there were anywhere to race. :( You're only about 60mls from me,so it's easy to possibly meet up in Ipswich sometime, reckon that's right in the middle.
