Hi All,
You'll probably be pleased to hear its pi$$in down with rain here at the moment, ain't all sunshine ya know, anyway I was looking through the Fug website & saw the booking details for the Le Mans trip, really interested, I've always been facinated by time travel & not a bad price to go back 6 years :D anyone else going? or went? Does this site include DeLoreans?
Totally different subject, someone asked me the other day why my car was "Q" reg, I said Q's were issued to one offs, or limited runs, or cars that could'nt have a build date confirmed, the bloke seemed convinced, but I wasn't !, I should have said "don't know" & been done, but I like to sound as if I know things, really I'm not sure, what was the correct reason for a Q plate? & do they still issue them? Also while I'm on the subject, I see that a lot (or all) the UVA demonstrators were Q___ WRX, now I assume they went all regestersd at the same time so how can they all be WRX's? :D
See I told you all a website overhaul was overdue ;)
I think with the Q plate stuff the last 3 characters were an area code. Probably for the nearest vehicle registration office to UVA's HQ. It used to be like that on standard registrations so I guess it may have been the same on Q plates.
Shouldn't bother, 2002 was a very dull race, Audi walk over (again!).
2004 was a much better race, wait for a couple of years and I am sure the booking details for it will be on the site.
cheers! Adrian.
You mean theres a race at Le mans....maybe that where I've been going wrong all these time I've been :D :D

Apparantley its all that background noise that accompanies the consumption of the 33 export or the Amstel.....only 4 months to go until this years pilgrimage!
I'm trying something different this year, we are going to the Historic classic car festival at Leon, taking the Fug to shake em up a little... :D
Have a great time, maybe next year we're go again and actually meet you (kept seeing this yellow fug in the distant but never managed to track you down) :ph43r:
