Title: Pedal location photos

caloun - April 29, 2008 11:03 AM (GMT)
Hi all

does anyone have any photos of the pedals locations and fuel tank preferably
the build manual picture are not that eassy to see what is what

This one seems to some way off the norm and geting the fuel tank in the correct place and cable runs from the pedals seems to be quite tricky.

Also any photos of Gearbox and hand brake would be appreciated.

many thanks

if you use a Golf master cylinder it'll save a fair bit of room, and it's a straight swap. Don't know how it's power compairs, but that's what I've used and the brakes are fine. Won't promise pics, as I'm a bit unreliable on that front, but I'll try.

Hydraulic clutch is well worth doing, Girling 625 master working a Land Rover slave is tidy and effictive. Bonus to this is the 625 is an almost identical length the the Golf brake master cylinder. Dare say there's is a mass of other options out there.
