Hi all, i have a fugitive dune buggy and the guy i bought it from can't find the log book, i've been up to DVLA and they want the chassis number to replace the lost log book. The question i want to ask is where in the world on the frame is the chassis number? I'd be very grateful if someone can help. :D

Mine is stamped on the nearside top tube about a foot down from what would be the windscreen. I'm guessing this is standard as I also have a brass plate made by the previous owner as frame one can't be see when it's painted. Please check with other owners before taking the paint off as I may be wrong.
