Title: Can I borrow a bonnet?

MrMunster - July 23, 2009 09:01 AM (GMT)
Anyone (preferably Essex..ish) got a good bonnet that I could borrow for a couple of weeks??

As I'm getting ever closer to finishing my Fug, the desperation for a bonnet increases. Having recently got a chap to make up some rather nice mudguards for the rear, he has also agreed to make up a bonnet for me, but this does require a bonnet to take a mould off!! hence the question.

He reckons a turn round time of about two weeks to take a mould, this would obviously leave the option to make more than one bonnet. If anyone else wants one this would bring the cost down so let me know and i'll sort out prices.

Will collect and return if anyone can help so, PLEASE can anyone help?

Many thanks :D

Is yours a Fugitive 2 Mr Munster?

I've got a Fug 4 bonnet here you could borrow but think they may be a bit too different.

Shame it's a 4!! Yep would be nice to meet up, I'm not far outside Braintree so not that far (about 45 mins if you stick to speed limits ;) )

Let me know when you have free day and we'll plan something B)

Still hoping for a borrow of a Fug 2 bonnet, will not be damaged and returned quickly!! Please help :D
