The refurbished dizzy went on today - needed anyway as it was generally falling apart/seized solid inside.

Still got crap sparks.

Changed the plugs for a random set knocking about the garage .... woohoo it's now firing and catching - didn't run it long as no accelerator cable and no cooling systems yet!

But I'm well chuffed!!

Good news then!! :D Hoping to fire mine up tomorrow as my new condenser arrived today!! Will be the first time it's run in four years if it all goes to plan. My fingers are crossed!!

And mine still won't start :angry: did find quite a bit of sand in one of the carbs tho :o strangely appropriate but in the float chamber!!!
