I recently realised that after renewing my subscription at Detling I'd not received any issues since.
Now one of my views is that you really get to judge a company by how they handle things that have gone wrong!
So I though I'd mention that it took only a couple of quick emails between myself and Justin at Complete Kit Car before :
- I had an apology
- A promise to get the 2 missing issues in the post
- An offer of a small extension to my subscription.
The parcel arrived this morning with the 2 missing issues plus an extra build magazine, several stickers and a DVD.
So a thumbs up from me! It's nice to deal with a company with "humans" in it these days.
